Hey
everyone,
Last night I had the opportunity to meet with the ultimate Diva,
again!
Donna Summer was signing her book Ordinary Girl, The Journey last
night at the Barnes and Nobel in Chelsea NYC.
Looking absolutely radiant, (as if she had not aged a day since her
peak in 1979) Donna greeted me as if she had known me for years.
You...look...good, she said.
Miss Summer admired my T-shirt, which was made years back in honor
of her 20th anniversary in the music business. She asked that I turn
around so she could see the rest.
Of me or the T-shirt, I asked. Laughing, I spun around for her to
see "Xavier, your really Hot Stuff, Love Donna Summer '94"
and before you signed it, you said "Your the reason why the
song was written" I remember that shirt, Bruce (her husband)
look at this. Hey! Bruce said, I remember that, Donna signed a few
of your shirts.

my T-shirt)
I couldn't believe they remembered me.
Eyal, (A good friend of mine) came with me and gave her a message
from his father. Your Amis's son? she asked. I love him, wait a
second, Bruce come back here, this is Amis's son Eyal. Turns out!
Amis frames Donna's art work.
I won't go on anymore but we spent more time with her than the other
5oo people on line by a long shot. By the way, that line nearly
reached 7th Ave from 6th.
I wanted to share that experience with you as I am happier than a
pig in shit right now.
Love to love you all,
Xavier
