And it's... it's a time in the play when my character doesn't know if she can go back on the stage 
She doesn't know if anybody ever wants to hear her sing again 
And so... she stands on the middle of an empty stage and she says a little prayer

If I was born to sing and I was meant to be here, You gotta give me the strength and the courage to go back on"
And somehow she musters the strength

DVD Comment:

When I first started singing, I sang and people made fun of the time
They teased me and kinda thought I was comical because I sort of sound like Alfalfa
So I asked God to teach me how to sing and He did
I know that sounds bizarre to people, but I just prayed and I said: "God, show me how to sing"
And something came into my mind and I did it
And when I finished doing that , I could sing

Y es... es un momento de la obra donde mi personaje no sabe si puede volver al escenario
No sabe si alguien querrá volver a oírla cantar otra vez
Y por eso... está en pie en mitad de un escenario vacío y reza una pequeña oración
Dice: "Dios... tienes que ayudarme
No puedo hacer esto yo sola
Si nací para cantar y mi destino es estar aquí, has de darme la fuerza y el coraje para volver"
Y, de algún modo, ella reúne la fuerza

Comentario del DVD:

Cuando empecé a cantar, cantaba y la gente me hacía burla todo el tiempo
Me tomaban el pelo y pensaban algo así como que era cómica porque sonaba como Alfalfa
Así que le pedí a Dios que me enseñara a cantar y lo hizo
Sé que a la gente le suena extraño, pero tan sólo recé y dije: "Dios, enséñame a cantar"
Y algo me entró en la cabeza y lo hice
Y cuando terminé de hacerlo, podía cantar
